Eldeeb Tech LLC ("the Company") is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) compliance. This policy establishes procedures to prevent the use of our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
Applicable Regulations:
The Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) is Kareem Eldeb, CEO and Sole Managing Member. The MLRO oversees all AML compliance activities including suspicious activity monitoring, staff training, and regulatory reporting.
The Company adopts a risk-based approach proportionate to the nature and scale of our operations in digital asset services.

All customers and transactions are screened against:
All KYC documents, transaction records, and compliance reports are retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure or last transaction.
All employees with access to customer data or financial operations receive AML training upon hire and annually thereafter, covering red flag identification, reporting procedures, and regulatory updates.
